Cisco Wireless phone over sonicwall VPN

I am able to run a wired cisco voip phone through our vpn just fine but I can't seem to get a cisco voip wireless phone to work. Am I missing something somewhere? The access point that the wireless phone is connected to is working just fine as I am able to connect to it with my laptop. Can someone point me in the right direction?
