Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question (please redirect me if it is).

I am looking to connect a remote location to our main LAN via a wireless bridge (Cisco 1310). I was going to use a WAP (Cisco 1100) at the facility end but someone told me that a bridge can only communicate with another bridge.

Is this true?

thx

Hello
I have more or less the same setup with older equipment. The bride will act like a wireless client.Just give it the same SSID as the AP1100,put it in the same subnet, configure your security and you are good to go.
