Hi all,

i have cucm 6.0 in my office, in which i configured the ldap service to register all the users.
Now all the users can access their personal page with the ldap credentials.
The question I want to submit is this:

everytime a user start a call, by clicking on the phone number, they need to insert their personal credentials, and i don't understand why.
How can I make sure that they are not always required credentials?

Does anyone know how to do so no longer required userid and password, when we click on phone number under personal address book section of personal ccmuser page?

Probably there is a cookie problem.
In other world the client browser, by some reason, is not be able to receive the cookie from the server, and this is not a connectivity problem!

Is there someone who has some idea?

Hi all,

the problem was Active Directory Syncronization.
Without the LDAP syncronization all is functionig well.
