we have main branch and other ten small remote branches
i need to make vpn from all the small branches to the main branch with one connection from each branch
is it enaght to have vpn router in the main branch with ten licanse VPN and have ten small DSL routers for the branches ?

Sounds like DMVPN might be a solution you want to look at.

You will want, for example, a Cisco 2821 as the VPN hub, and each remote site(spoke) can have 8XX series or 18XX series routers that terminate the DSL connection.
