Hey guys,
We have a Cisco ASA 5520 in use in our company. There is an IPSec VPN set up for remote accesss users on this device. If our users attempt to connect to the VPN from the Cisco VPN Client, everything works great, but if they attempt to connect from any other client (specifically, iPhone and Snow Leopard), the connection doesn't work. Does anybody have any idea of what to check for? Also, I'm a complete newbie on administering this 5520, so I'm not even sure how I go about checking the logs to see where the errors could be. We were using Watchguard firewalls, and those were pretty simple to manage. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
