We are having a huge dilemma and I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice. We are running a NetWare 6.5 server when our users are logging in they authenticating to a differant Novell Server that Zenworks is housed in. This is how the user logs in when they are outside the office: (1) Workstation Only enter username and password (2)Go the the Verizon Access Manager and connect (3) By default we force our users to log in through the Cisco VPN. Ok now is when the error comes, they right-click on the red N in the Sys tray and try to log in the server it gives the Tree or Server Cannot be found. We have one person successfully using a VPN via desktop. Sometimes it will allow you in and most of the time it won't. Most of the time it won't. Not consistent enough. Also, sometimes the Cisco VPN disconnects the user. We have static IPs but do not want to pass out 43 just for this. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have already posted in NetWare forum. Sorry for cross posting. Thanks
