Hi All,
please help me resolve this situation - we are trying to use Cisco VPN client to access the network of a remote customer. They have set up a VPN access for us, and the VPN client is installed on a development workstation (tried Win2003 Svr/Win2000Svr/WinXP - the same behavior)at our office.
It works just fine, with the only exception that it ALWAYS DISCONNECTS after the Peer Timeout period set in our VPN client connection (unfortunately limited by Cisco application to 120 seconds). Please note, that we don't have any problems using the connection, the aplications at our and remote customer's office communicate perfectly, until the connection drops with this error.
Here is the extract from the VPN client log:

...............etc.
It seems that the DPD keep alive back notification for some reason can't be returned... The sysadmin at the other side clams a notification is being returned.
Please, HELP - this appeared to be very annoying problem, it stops our work for this trivial network configurtion (Note - we use the same Cisco Client VPN setup for access to other remote customers - none of them produces such strange behavior).....
