Folks,

I have a half dozen remote users using Cisco VPN to connect to our network, all using Group Authentication.

Most are only using it intermittently, but I have one users permanently based in the States. She has 2 PCs over there. Since monday 1 of those PCs has the following issue, while the other one is fine.

She can connect to our network successfully with VPN, but cannot access anything. She can't Terminal Service onto the server she regularly uses, she can't even ping that server, or anything else on her network.

Cisco VPN software has been completely uninstalled and reinstalled, the connection setup correctly again and the same issue still exists.

Has anyone got any ideas?

thanks,

Jody

Is the vpn pool assigning an address to her pc that is in the same subnet as the remote LAN? If so, are the vpn pool addresses excluded from being NATted? Post a config...
