I have a question regarding this Cisco VPN Software. I have had several pc's crash with the either Windows Blue Screen until I run Windows Diagnostics, remove Cisco VPN software version 4.xxx. Of course, then replacing with version 5 which has no issues. Does anyone know what all of the sudden after a year would cause software conflict on Windows XPP and version 4.xxx of the Cisco VPN software?

Thanks in advance,

I have never NOT had an issue with the Cisco vpn software. I've either got the BSOD at random intervals or now my computer will just lock up tight after being connected for a few minutes. Maybe I'll try to get version 5 somehow....

Windows Updates may have installed something that conflicts with VPN client..try System Restore, and look at what happened at the last checkpoint, right before it started happening.

I know for me, I just installed the Cisco software for the first time today on this computer and had problems right from the beginning. I don't know what it is, but their
VPN software has never worked without some kind of problem for me.

Ah...so really there's no telling...you get the BSOD? What stop error? Driver?
