you still need a Cisco user id and password to download from there.
I suspect that trojanman is trying to use his personal Mac to access his office and they don't officially support Macs, so they won't give him the client.
Having been there I sympathize, but I don't think there's any other way to get it.
Actually I dont have a Mac but I appreciate the sympathy. I only have a guest account with Cisco, privileged accounts are either purchased or supplied by a reseller. However we do support Macs as they handle all of our media.
