Cisco VPN 3005 Contentrator Software Upgrade

Hello,
I have a Cisco 3005 VPN Concentrator and it is running the following software.

Bootcode Rev: Cisco Systems, Inc./VPN 3000 Concentrator Series Version 2.5.Rel Jun 21 2000 18:57:52
Software Rev: Cisco Systems, Inc./VPN 3000 Concentrator Version 4.1.7.F May 17 2005 02:38:46

I see on Cisco's site there are some upgrades for both Bootcode and Software...my question is if we have been running fine with the current versions, are there any good reasons to upgrade to the latest versions?
