Is there anywhere in the Cisco vpn concentrator 3000 admin webscreen for me to view what sites users are going on or monitor what they are doing? I can see who is logged in but i want to monitor them?

That's not really what the 3000 series does. You would need to setup a proxy server, or get a pix and have syslog server to monitor it.

I do have a pix firewall. is there a good syslog server i can download for free. I need one that give me clear/understandable logs not one that has those cryptic messages.

Syslog servers report messages as they get them from the hosts.

If you're using Windows, you can download Kiwi Syslog Daemon.

You will have to muck through the Cisco pix messages and find the ones that you want to log. Just send that level of messages or override the default level on the specific message you want. The pix won't translate to a domain name but you will have the IPs and be abel to derive the time connected to each and what protocol was used. Some simple scripts can go through the messages and cull out what you need as well.
