Good Morning,
We have a office full of Cisco 7941 handsets most of which are using Plantronics CS50 wireless headsets with lifters. All of these users can answer there phones by hitting the answer button on the headset. I am running into a problem when I recently tried using these headsets on a 7961. After hooking up this headset we noticed that you can actuate the lifter by pressing answer on the headset but it does not actually pick up the call until you press the phone button on the handset itself. The only difference other the the model of the phone is the fact that the 7961 has two lines being used on it (2 different phone numbers). Could that have something to do with the problem?
