CCM 3.3 - I've got a confusing situation that involes a couple of forwards and I was wondering if there is anyway at that I could eliminate that "please wait while I transfer your call" greeting each time it transfers..

Anyone know?

I am going to assume you mean a transfer out of Unity Voicemail. There's a WAV file on the HD... I don't remember which one it is at the moment, there's a list out on CCO somewhere that will tell you which one it is. You can replace that with a wav file that plays 3 seconds of silence.
Why three seconds? Because while that prompt is playing is when Unity allows the caller to Transfer Override (#2) to skip transferring to an extension.

Good Luck.

Excellent! Can you bit a bit more specific on the location and process? I'm gonna start diggin into it..

Thanks a million!
