cisco user name doesn't appear for optipoint500

Hi every one,

we have the new call manager cisco3925 series with connected another remote hipath 4000 version6 has being work normal.Yet i had no idea the caller name optipoint500 to cisco ip telephone device model no: cp-6921 doesn't appear.
when I have received from the call hipath4k opti point500, the user who's on the line doesn't appear the name for the cisco device(6921).
so welcome to any one help give to effort your technical support.
