Cisco Unity

Customer is having a problem with an error that comes up on Unity.
The error is "EXT3-fs error (device sata60 in start_transaction:Journal has aborted"

Need some direction on this..

I would open a TAC case. Could be a bad drive.

What version of unity? Is it virtual or on its own hardware (MCS)?

I am not 100% sure yet. I am going on site today. Thought I would get some ideas before heading out there. I will know more today.
