Is it true that in Cisco Unity, if the person change his or her number with a voicemail box in Unity. it cant be change without adding it new? Here is an example. ext. 1234 has a voicemail unity, then the manager decided to change her ext to 2345. Usually you just change her voicemailbox to 2345 so it will have her old message and greetings. Some of my coworker told me that you cant do that in Unity? If anybody knows how to can you please help me
