If you're looking at a 'direct to mailbox' transfer or call, it is a simple setup in CallManager, not Unity that will accomplish this.

You basically end up creating a route pattern for #XXXX, assuming you're using four-digit extensions, and then have that roll directly to voice mail. It's a bit more complicated than that, but that's the gist of it. As pndscm said, look around and you'll probably find the instructions posted somewhere.
Express Messaging" has not been described quite accurately yet...but this may.
1. You "Dial the 'EM' number'" (from in or out of the office)
2. System asks "what mailbox you wanna record into"
3. You "Dial mailbox number" - (any mailbox you want) - then speak message and hang up.
It is simply a way to leave a message without ringing a phone or having to log in. If you "EM" from your own phone, the message will include your sender info as if you were logged in.
