Hey, folks!
Got a strange issue here. Cisco Unity ver. 5.0 (I know, I know...we need to upgrade!).
I have a user who does not receive any caller information with the voice mails she receives. Her VM is built the same as everyone else in her department and caller ID is working for the rest of them. I've removed the mailbox and rebuilt it to no avail. I've also made sure to check the appropriate boxes in the "Conversation" settings to ensure that the CID and time/date are left with voice mails, but this doesn't seem to make any difference.
Unity is tied in with our Exchange server (using AD accounts to add users to Unity). Could something on the Exchange end of things cause this problem? I wouldn't have thought so, but this is telecoms and anything is possible! Thanks for any help you can give.
