Cisco Unity - transfer from company greeting

I got this question from one of our customers.
Using Cisco Unity voice mail system - is it possible to tranfer to any extension out from the company greeting?
I.e. "You have called Compnay X, please enter the 4 digit extension number or wait for the operator to answer".
The voice will just transfer to the entered extension number.
Is this possible?

Do you mean regardless of whether they have a voicemail box or not?

Yes. Regardless of that. Most other voice mail systems can do this. If an extension/phone i forwarded to Unity, then the caller can leave a message, therwise a blind transfer is made.

Go to the mailbox/call handler. Under Greetings - Choose the greeting you want - Check "Allow Transfers to Numbers Not Associated with Users or Call Handlers".
