I got this question from one of our customers.
Using Cisco Unity voice mail system - is it possible to tranfer to any extension out from the company greeting?
I.e. "You have called Compnay X, please enter the 4 digit extension number or wait for the operator to answer".
The voice will just transfer to the entered extension number.
Is this possible?
