Cisco Unity Server

Okay, in my elementry way, I'm going to ask this question. We have a Cisco MCS 7800 Series server that our Unity sub is running on. On the front of the server itself, there is an amber light (with exclamation point) that is on and we can't find what it means. I poked around on that sub and found the Cisco DirSync service inactive. Don't have a clue if that means anything or not.
Help is appreciated.

The amber light is an indication of a hardware issues and not a service or application not running. Check power supplies, hard drives or anything really that is faulty on the server itself.
