Cisco Unity Remote Notification to a Pager

Our system will dial out to a cell phone - no problem - but it will not call out to a digital pager for remote notification.

Importantly: when the Unity initiates an outbound 'remote notification' call is the call routing(or not)based on the CSS defined in the Call Manager in ADVANCE FEATURES/VOICE MAIL/VOICE MAIL PILOT? OR is it based on the CSS/Partition defined in Unity in DIAL PLAN/PARTITIONS/SEARCH SPACES.

Again, remote notification to cell phones(and other land lines)works fine. It just won't make the call to the pager number.
