Cisco Unity Phantom message waiting. Cannot clear message waiting indication off line. No messages showing in box but 1 message showing on key.

Did you try to re-sync it from the mailbox?

outed and rebuilt mail box once and it is still happening. always shows 1 mess in box. how do u re-sync?

Its showing 1 message in the inbox how? The light on the phone? Or somewhere else?
