Cisco Unity Message Wait For Common And Individual Mailbox

I have a hunt group that has a group mailbox that includes 4 seperate extensions as members. When a message is left on the hunt group the lights on all extensions light which is fine. The issue is that all four extensions all have their own individual mailbox and they alos have a message left on the individual mailbox they are not exactly sure whether they have a hunt group message and/or a individual message.

Is there a way of setting this so that it is clearly defined between which of their mailboxes has a message left?

Is there a way to only clear the message wait light when the message on the individual mailbox and the hunt group mailbox have both been cleared? At the moment once one of the mailboxes are cleared then the light goes off.

If your using single inbox? The inbox email message; to field will show you what inbox received the message . Other than that, I don't believe there is any other way based on my experience.

Unless you have unified as ethereal said the only other way is to give them a second line that is the hunt group mailbox dn and light that button.

You could set it up that an email notification is sent to the users for either option. Or you need to do what whykap said.
