We are trying to create a n account in Cisco Unity Express so a manager can log on the gui interface change the auto attendent schedule but only that... when you add an account it appears but there is no way to edit priveliges...

any help would be appreciated

I run a call manager express for our toyko branch office. You can do it thru the gui or thru the command line off the router.

In the gui, log on with the admin password and mouse over configure. You can see there are options one of them is "Users".

From there you can see "add" and probably can find your way thru the rest.

The other option is via the router. Log on the router and there are commands to just add a user with password.
