When I access the CUE to change the script to one of my closing scripts the original script continues to play. In CUE I use the drop down box to choose the script I want to play but it doesn't activate. It changes the wording when you look at the auto attendant but the original script continues to play. I haave even uploaded the script from my saved scripts and tried that but it continues to play the orignal instead of the changed. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
