Has anyone out there running Cisco Unity / Exchange 2003 upgraded to Exchange 2007?

I am trying to figure out what I need to be worried about before making the upgrade and I can not find any information through Cisco.

We are not yet ready to make the leap to the Exchange UM role as we are still running CCM 4.x.

Any feedback appreciated.

I don't think Exchange 2007 will be supported until Unity 5.X due out in April/May of this year.
