How would you configure a voice menu option that would be activated for off hours only. Is there a step by step document or link that I could go to. It's s simple flow with only 3 options.

You want to create a schedule with the appropriate hours. Then set the call handler to that schedule.

If you're genuinely interested in becoming proficient in building Call Handlers, chaining them & doing other nifty things with them, I can heartily recommend David Schultz's book entitled "CISCO UNITY CONNECTION" available from Cisco Press. It may also be available electronically in .pdf format. Personally I prefer hardcopy. Approx. 550 pages total. Clear, concise & fairly easy to follow (which alone says a lot, as most Cisco docs are very dry reading).

The book takes you completely through the Cisco Unity Connection voice mail system.
By many accounts, it is "The Bible" of Unity Connection.

In programming your menu options, create a schedule for the hours that you are open, then enable and use the "Closed" greeting for your after-hours prompts. You cannot build a schedule that crosses through midnight, ergo build the schedule for your Open hours but then enable and use the closed greeting.
