I have a number of Call Handlers defined in Unity, during a transfer action from that Call Handler, the user hears a system announcement "..wait whilst I transfer you call.." - can I replace this recording with one of our own (to make the announcements sound more consistent) ?

I am using Cisco UNity Connection 2.X

I checked that link but I am not sure how to do it for Unity Connection as it is Linux....

So is mine. I have not checked yet, but I would assume there is a console or CLI that can be used.
I do know you can connect to it using putty as I did this to change some hardware settings, but I do not know if you can modify files this way.
If you find out, please post and I will do the same.

Hi
I talked to TAC and they informed me the same thing that it is not possible in Unity Connection but their is a workwround which is what we already discussed. but again he said it is not supported...and the files you shared are for express and not for Unity connection....!!!!!!
So far I did not find anything...So i created ToD routing and did some workaround to achieve the same.
But it is a PAIN dng all that..........

Thanks
