Cisco Unity Connection 8.6 Call Handler Owner

Does this give any ability for a user to manage there own call handler? By manage I mean from the TUI or a GUI? I come from a Octel background and that system, users can access/manage through the phone and change the options along with recording/re-recording there greeting.
 
In the Call Handler/Edit/Call Handler owners, you can add the user(s) to allow them to be able to change greetings. You would dial in using the greeting administrator number set up in the system, the allowed user would enter their mailbox and password, then have to enter the Call Handler number they want to make changes to(that they have been given access to), then record the appropriate greeting. This will not allow you to change any Caller Input options, but it is part of what you want.
 
Half way there and thanks much for the response. I just went through and was able to hear the recording I did through the Call Handler web interface. The managing options/destinations is what my major hurdle is. Thanks Again!
