Cisco Unity 5 is not accepting messages more that 22 minutes

Hi,

Has anyone encountered this issue yet on voice mailboxes on Unity ? The maximum message on mailbox is already set to 3600 seconds (1 Hour), but it won't take messages that is more than 22 minutes. I have tried leaving few messages but once it exceed 22 or 23 minutes, callers will still be on the line but after they hangup, the message won't be left on the mailbox.

I am not sure I understand your question. Is this one message 23 minutes in length or multiple messages amounting to a total of 23 minutes?
 
Is this Unified Messaging and if so is it with Exchange? Could be an Exchange setting.
 
I agree with pndscm, check the exchange settings. How big it the file attachment with 22 minute message? Is it close to the max attachment size for an exchange message?
 
We found were the issue was, it was the settings on the exchange, change the message setting from 10200 kb to unlimited. Thanks for all your responses.
