I got a problem with the Message Waiting Indicator. It takes about 5 minutes for the Unity to notify the phone that there is a new message.

The VM is arriving normally in the email inbox and I can check the new message through the phone.

So it seems that the Unity is sync very slowly,

After I checked the new message and delete it, the indicator is still there for about 1 minutes, not as bad as when it is arriving.

Is there any solution or optimizer that can help to solve this issue?

If you only occasionally had this issue, then I would say to check the number of ports you have that are enabled for Dialout MWI. When was the last time you rebooted the Unity? We were having stability issues along with the MWI service dying when the server was running for a long period of time. The solution was to use the Unity Restart Utility to have the server reboot itself once a month. No more MWI issues after that.

If you don't want to reboot the server now, you can simply restart the services responsible for the MWI. Here's a guide from Cisco:
