I have a new Cisco Unity 5.0(1) system running on W2K3. I would like to install a 3rd party backup utility (ARCserve V12) on the Unity server. Does anyone know if Cisco has a list of supported 3rd party backup utitlities? Has anyone else tried ARCserve on Unity? Does it work?
