Is anyone using COUM? We have 2.0 and are having a few problems, we have a call manager, actually 2 that show up as unsupported, we've removed and re-installed a few time to no avail. Please help!

We tried it but gave up after being so frustrate trying to get it to work and the lack of good support. The stuff that did work was quite unimpressive anyhow. If you're looking for just monitoring, there's the free RTMT which is okay. We went with Clarus Systems because of the really detailed reports and other testing features.

I have to agree with dtrobert. Clarus is a a great tool for testing, reporting and troubleshooting call manager. It is very pricy but worth every dollar if you use it.

It saves me days worth of work on every install I do so we get return on our money within a few installs.

There are different modules you can purchase depending on what you use so you can buy only what you use.
