In Cisco Unified voicemail system, is it possible to buy separate licenses for a standard unity voicemail (no email and no fax) and unity unified (voicemail, email and fax)licenses, ? Thank you in advance for your response.

I believe this combined UM/VM support is now available in version 4.2. Before that if you wanted a mixed UM/VM platform I think you needed two Unity servers.
