Hey All,

Is there a simple call log anywhere within Cisco UCM?

We've been having problems with people dialing 911 and hanging up. I want to be able to pinpoint what extension(s) the emergency calls come from.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks!!

Yes use the "cdr analysis and reporting tool" under servicability.
Look for 9911 and 911 calls and it will give a list of who and when they dialed that number.

Hmm. I fee like an id10t...

I don't see these options. I'm accessing the system via the web interface. We're currently running UCM version 6.1.1.2000-3 which I'm sure makes a difference.

Mm...upon further research it looks like I need to remote into the server to access this tool.

It's on the web interface. You need to get out of the administration page and go to the servicability page (on the top right of the web page there is a drop down menu for that).

Ah. I found it. However, I don't seem to have the proper credentials for the Serviceability section. Come to find out, this is the same for the OS Administration section as well!

I may need to contact the consultant who originally installed the system...grr...
