Cisco UCCX - Real time display

I am new to the world of UCCX. System version: 9.0.2.10000-71

We have several groups set up across the country. All agents display in the supervisor's Real Time Display, except for the latest team.
In the Voice CSQ's - Team Summary, it shows all the correct information, how many are logged in, talking, ready, not ready etc, but in the Agents - Team Summary there are no agents listed, it just shows N/A in all categories. Same with Team State. It would appear to be something that has not been checked, or incorrectly checked, but when comparing to agents that do show for other teams, I see no differences.
Does anyone have any idea where to look? Everything I have found so far on line only seems to refer to when no agents show at all.
We appear to have plenty of Licenses available, so I do not think this is a limiting factor.

Is the supervisor set to see the new team? If not that's probably the issue
