Cisco Trap without Interface description

I am using HP Network Node Manager and I am getting trap alarms saying Interface down from Cisco devices. Some devices give the detail of the interface, however some won't give any information about the interface. The correct MIB's are installed for the device. Could someone help me on this?

Check to see of the IOS versions are different on the ones that report it and the ones that don't (show ver at the router prompt, and you can probably get it through SNMP in NNM somewhere).
