has znyone played with connecting Mitel 5330/5340 phones to A Cisco Call Manager. We can get the phone to ring put a call on hold and transfer a call but that is all we can get to work. We would like to be able to have the functionality of all the buttons for speed calls and such.

I assume you are looking to add speed dials from the cisco web management interface?
Since these are third party SIP phones you are already getting the functionality that you are supposed to. Unless you can program each phone individually with speed dials needed (on the phone itself or via direct web access perhaps), you will not get that from the cisco side.

The phones are working as designed under the sip protocol now.
