Cisco support for 6.3

I have a new 515e that hasn't really been implemented yet. I installed the latest PDM and such.
My question is when will or will Cisco support 6.3 when if I call them for help?

Do you have a valid support contract for the firewall?

If you do, Cisco TAC will provide assistance to you no matter what version of OS you're running, but won't ask you to update your current OS unless the fix to the problem is in the later release.

If you do not have a contract, well, you better buy one. It gives you access to CCO, which is an invaluable resource.
