Cisco Security courses? 1

I am currently doing my CCNA as part of my degree course at uni.

I intend to continue afterwards with CCNP, but I am also very interested in the security aspect of things too.

What is available?

Also - Is it worth doing the Microsoft networking course aswell? Or is it basically the same?
