cisco secure acs

Hello guys,

I am using a cisco acs engine, I have some users in the local database but trying to authenticate using windows database (active directory) but when I try to get on I keep rejected and the log shows this error "CS user unknown"

I cant seem to figure out why, since it works if I set it up to use that same windows database for users that are not in the acs database, it just doesnt work for the users in the local database.

any help will be appreciated
