Hello,

Here is my question: I wanted to block and detect rogue PC or laptop in my network ex: "if an enduer bring their home Laptop from home an plug it to the data port at my company I want to have a software that dect and block it." does Cisco Secure Access Control Server Solution Engine do that. I do not want to setup user base poliy.

what you need is to enable 802.1x in your network, and for this you need a ACS, sp yes, indirectly the ACS supports that.
