Here is the Scenario. We belong to a large network running a Win2k Domain. We want to bring up another win2k domain without it being visible to the rest of the network. However we also want to be able to connect to it form that outside network. Neither of us are really big into routers and such but we have a basic understanding and want to learn more. SO my question what cisco router should i buy to accomplish the above and still be able to play around with the router itself so that we can learn more about networking.

Thanks a bunch

A Cisco 1720 router will work find. To setup a differnet network you can add a secondary ip address on the ethernet interface. “Reserve your right to think, for even to think wrongly is better than not to think at all”
