I am currently proposing a solution I would like to know if it can work.

I have a Option 11c with available analog truck cards at head office and at the remote site I am going to put a BCM 50 configured to support 14 analog trunks.

I want to allow extension call between the location so I am thinking of using two Cisco 2811 routers with Analog Voice card at each location.

once extension at head office/remote dails the digit for each site those calls will be routed over the cisco routers.

Is this a workable solutions?

yes, works fine.. just add dsc's with a rlb pointed to the new analog route.. you need analog trunk cards in the 11, 8 trunks percard.. Ground start.. loop start will hang up.. on the bcm side just program them as if they are any other inbound trunks..

.. msg waiting lamps will not work. itg trunks would be cleaner

the ncos of the trunk will allow or deny local or ld access.. best practice is to give them your highest ncos, then you could add restrictions on the bcm
