Cisco Router Interface Resets

Having an issue with a hosted PBX. The IP phones onsite keep resetting after being on a call for a while. I logged into the Cisco IAD and saw some interface resets on both Fast Ethernet ports.
I don't see any other problems when I do a show interface, except lots of broadcasts.
What can be causing these resets?
