I am very new to Cisco routers. I have been working with Avaya/Nortel for 35 years. Working with Cisco past 3 years but I have run across a problem with 911 calls. I have traced the call all the way to the cisco router/PRI. Is there a way to get the status of a channel and that channels information. Like a call trace of the call in the nortel world. The call just rings and no answer.
