Cisco Pix to ISA

I have managed to get a Cisco Pix 506 to communicate with Windows 2000 using IPSec for a VPN connection. The problem is when I install ISA, the VPN link conects with is Public NIC in my ISA but no lan traffic is passed has anyone got any ideas.
