Cisco PIX to ISA server VPN setup - HOW?

I want to setup a PIX 501 to initiate a VPN to our company ISA server. As a company we want to run VPN's from PIX via Cisco 803 and 827 routers (ISDN & ADSL) to terminate on the ISA server.

At present we use Windows VPN clients to create the tunnel but want to set up a more flexible and secure method.

Any ideas or suggestions as to how I get a PIX to initiate either a PPTP or L2TP tunnel would be appreciated.
