can anyone help me open port range 6367-6416 on my pix?

Open the ports to what host? You will need a static along with an acl.

object-group service tcp-ports_tcp tcp
port-object range 6367 6416


access-list permit tcp any host x.x.x.x object-group tcp-ports


static (inside,outside) Outside_IP Inside_IP
